General Library Rules
Books & Magazines
  • A library pass is required for all library visits.
  • The library is a place for quiet, studious activities.
  • Teachers may schedule class time by posting a note on the library calendar.
  • No more than four students from the same class may come at one time unless accompanied by their teacher.
  • Two-week loan period on books.
  • Overnight loan period on magazines.
  • Fines assessed on overdue materials at the rate of
    5 cents per day.
Computers
Computers (Cont.)
  • Students may access Athena on the library computers to locate books.
  • Students may use computers for word processing, research, and other assignment related activities specifically addressed in their library pass.
  • Students who sit at a computer must sign in at the front desk.
  • Students may not access email without special permission.
  • Students may not upload programs or in anyway change the settings on the computers.
