2017-2018 Texas Education Agency School Report Cards Available to View

 

 

The 2017–18 School Report Cards (SRC) are now available on the Texas Education Agency’s website athttp://tea.texas.gov/perfreport/src/index.html. The purpose of the SRC is to inform parents and guardians about a campus’s individual characteristics and its academic performance.

For those who would like greater detail about the information in the SRC, the glossary that accompanies the 2017–18 Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) is a useful resource. It contains definitions and methodologies for all the information included in the SRC. The data in the SRC is a subset of that published in the TAPR. The TAPR Glossary is available on the TEA website at https://rptsvr1.tea.texas.gov/perfreport/tapr/2018/glossary.pdf.

 

 

 

2018- 2019 Public Notification of Nondiscrimination in Career and Technical Education Programs

 

Meridian ISD offers support to school district for career and technical education programs in Business & Industry, Public Services, STEM, Arts & Humanities and Multidisciplinary Studies.  Admission to these programs is based on enrollment in LEA secondary schools.

 

It is the policy of Meridian ISD not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or handicap in its CTE programs, services or activities as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.

 

It is the policy of Meridian ISD not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, handicap, or age in its employment practices as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.

 

Meridian ISD will take steps to assure that lack of English language skills will not be a barrier to admission and participation in all educational and CTE programs.
