I am watching the weather & have spoken with some area schools. For now, it appears conditions are cold, but good. Safely transporting students is a top priority. At this time, we anticipate regular school hours this week & will keep you posted.

Congratulations to Dakota Cassidy for signing a Letter of Intent to run for Southern Arkansas University!! We are all very proud that her hard work and dedication has paid off.
Congratulations to our 2 CX Debate teams! Hayden Hewitt and Annka Flatt placed 3rd. Andy Barnett and Michelle Santamaria are the District Champs and will be going to the CX Debate State Tournament in March. Chris Utton is their coach. Congratulate them when you see them.

On Saturday, the Centex Honor Band members from Meridian ISD performed an amazing concert at Connally High School. Congratulations on representing the Meridian Band program in such an awesome way!

The UIL Literary Criticism team composed of Delani Edwards, Reese Errington, and Hayden Hewitt placed 5th in their Virtual Meet. Individually, Delani placed 66th out of 383 competitors 1A-6A and 9th out of 73 in 2A, Reese was 17th, Hayden 28th, and Liberty Stauffer 40th in 2A.

We had a great week of Life Lessons- Line Dancing, UIL Academic Tutoring, and Making Grilled Cheese Sandwiches which everyone needs to know!! There were many others throughout the week as well.
