Yellow Jackets came up short tonight in the Regional Quarterfinals against Huckabay. It was a great season finishing 22-9, district champions and regional quarterfinalist! We are extremely proud of this team! Thank you to everyone for your support this year and in the playoffs! Thank you to Mr. Y and the band for coming to the games, to our cheerleaders, and again everyone who supported us! Big thank you to Wendy Orozco and John Edwards for taking pictures every game, and to Wendy for doing team pictures! Meridian is a special place, and we have a lot of wonderful things happening! Go Yellow Jackets!

It was a great day for the Meridian FFA Ag Mech Show team at the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo. Carl and Bradley received a blue ribbon for their utility trailer in class 801. To receive a blue ribbon you must have a excellent rating on your project, record book, and showmanship of your project. Meridian FFA is beyond proud of you and all your hard work you’ve put into to your project.
