Yellowjackets go 4-0 at the Santo Battle at the Den Tournament and are Tournament Champions! With wins of 63-44, 77-24, 67-46, and a championship win over Millsap 62-52! The wins also moved the season record to 7-0. Great Job Jackets!
Congratulations to Dawson Cummings for placing first chair in the All-Region Honor Concert Band! He competed against students from 2A-4A schools and placed 5th in 2A and 10th overall. Dawson has been committed to the audition music since November 2023! Keep up the dedication! The honor band will meet in January for their concert. #RiseAsOne

The Jv Girls Basketball game has been moved to tonight (11/2) at 5pm against Blum. Tomorrow (11/3) Varsity girls will play at Jonesboro starting at 6pm.

Today Meridian ISD donated a total of 841.3 lbs of food to the North Bosque Helping Hands Food Pantry here in Meridian. A few members of NJHS helped deliver the food, sort the food and enjoyed a little conversation with the volunteers. Way to go MES and MHS!!! Way to give back to the community!! Proud to be a Jacket!!
