The basketball program is providing shirts for all team members! Parents, you do not need to purchase a shirt for your student-athlete.

2. Turn it In: Submit your completed form and payment to Coach Doughty or either campus office.
3. Payment Info: Make checks payable to Meridian ISD. Money must be turned in with the order form or the order will not be placed.
