25-26 Boys Basketball Remind Code!

Updated Boys Basketball Open Gym schedule: This schedule denotes the days that Coach Doughty will be at the gym in the month of June. The schedule is an addition to the Summer Strength & Conditioning Schedule.

This is a reminder for the month of June, that the weightroom and gym are open Monday-Thursday from 9am-3pm. Summer Strength, Conditioning and Skills will begin on July 7th.

Congratulations to the Band of Gold for their placement in the Outstanding Performance Series hosted by the Association of Texas Small School Bands! This is the first time our band program has submitted their UIL Concert recordings for this competitions. "Action Scene" was one spot away from advancing into the OPS Area round. This is further proof our students are rising the occasion and setting new expectations! #RiseAsOne #WeAreMeridian

Can't hide that Yellow Jacket pride! We are proud of our cheerleaders and the talent going into this cheer season! This year's cheer camp concluded with a great showcase.

Band of Gold members participated in the FCA Bowl Game this morning along side other students from across Central Texas! Mr. Y served as one of the directors of the FCA Band Committee. Thank you for representing MHS!

Congratulations to our State Silver Medalist, Colby Cummings and Jackson Boganwright! It was a long day at the UIL Texas State Solo & Ensemble Competition, but they both achieved new milestones and brought back home accolades. #WeAreMeridian

Congratulations to Arianna Sandley for being accepted into the Princeton University summer journalism program! She was 1 of 40 students in the U.S. to be selected. During the year, Arianna has been involved in Academic UIL, FFA, One Act Play, and is an active member of the Band of Gold. We appreciate her hard work and achievements! #RiseAsOne

Congratulations to this year's Salutatorian, Benjamin Beaudin, on his acceptance into the HPU music program! He served as drum major and a true student leader during his time at MHS. This summer, Ben will take on a new role as official show design and visual choreographer for the 2025 UIL Competition Show performed by our Band of Gold! #RiseAsOne

Seat time start next week! All MHS students who were notified by phone call from Mrs. Jarman must begin reporting, Tuesday, May 27th, at Meridian Elementary. Dress code will be followed. If you were not notified by phone, you student has met all attendance criteria.
