The Athletic Department will recognize the following student-athletes tomorrow, Monday, May 19th, at the school board meeting. Athletes will need to report to the Elementary Library no later than 6:25pm. Please dress appropriately. No shorts, slides, or flip flops, and athletes will need to be in dress code.
1. Area & Regional Track Qualifiers
2. Regional Golf Qualifiers
3. Regional Tennis Qualifiers
4. All District Softball Players
5. All District Baseball Players

On Thursday night, we celebrated our student-athletes for their hard work and achievements throughout the school year.
Many were recognized with certificates for their dedication both in competition and in the classroom. Additionally, the following athletes were honored with superlative awards for their outstanding contributions.

Our High School One Act Play cast and crew competed at the state competition on Tuesday of this week. They placed 5th overall! We are so proud of the hard work of the cast and crew members and directors! Jacket Pride!

The Meridian Athletic Banquet is tomorrow evening (Thursday May 15th)! If you purchased tickets for the BBQ dinner we will serve at 6pm in the HS Cafeteria. The awards ceremony will begin around 7pm in the HS Gym. (You do not need a ticket to attend the awards ceremony).


Please join us as we recognize these athletes who will be continuing their tennis career at the collegiate level!
