MES scholarship award recipients from the PTO were Brayden Wehmeyer and Canyon Stauffer. Candidates had to write an essay about an elementary teacher that touched their lives while in Elementary School. Canyon wrote about Mrs. Margaret Winkler and Brayden wrote about Mrs. Karla Childers.

3rd Grade Wax Museum!

After careful consideration, MES has decided to reschedule Field Day to Monday, May 20th. The grounds are already saturated from the previous rain we have had, and Bosque County is currently under a Flood Watch. We do foresee sunshine for tomorrow, however the grounds are going to be extremely messy and muddy. We feel that Monday would be more beneficial for everyone! Thank you for your understanding!

Seniors will be honored with Baccalaureate at 7:00 pm, Sunday, May 19th at the Civic Center.

Happy Retirement to Mrs. Gwen Hitt! We appreciate everything you have done for our students and staff at Meridian Elementary. You will be missed dearly!
